(1) A sports related organization registered with the Council in accordance with this Act shall give notice to the Council within fifteen days of any change in the rules or regulations attached to the application mentioned in the application for registration in accordance with section 14, including the reason for such change. .
(2) After receiving the notice of modification according to sub-section (1), if the council sees reason to make such modification, it shall update the cost of such modification.
